Recognized by Forbes as one of the top seven entrepreneurs revolutionizing the wedding industry, I take pride in giving my couples the confidence to dream boldly on their wedding day.
Before focusing on luxury wedding planning, I spent more than a decade as the Director of Marketing for two, multi-million dollar companies. So, you could say that creativity, innovation, and exceeding expectations are where I thrive. Now, I oversee the big picture of each event organized by the Blake Events team, and work individually with clients of my own each year.
I take pride in giving back to our industry and community. You can often hear me on industry-related podcasts, coaching and mentoring fellow vendors, speaking in classrooms or consulting with new owners.
When I’m not planning, I’m being a goofball with my 2 kids, on the sideline of a sporting event + wrangling our two crazy dogs.

Our team is comprised of full time planners and designers. These savvy, creative powerhouses pour their hearts into every couple they work with. Our large bench strength guarantees you get personal attention from a planner who is not overbooked or overwhelmed.

DIRECTOR OF EVENTS - US & ABROAD
A former social worker, Daniele has a keen ability to make people feel seen and supported. She also worked at a large wedding venue, mastering the art of solving problems before anyone knew they existed. She’s been with BE for 8 years, translating grand visions into concrete plans.

IN-HOUSE DESIGNER
Megan's Motto? Never design the same wedding twice. BE’s lead designer for 3 years now, she loves finding unique ways to marry your non-negotiables with the unexpected, elevating any space - yes, even those with ugly carpet.
Samantha
LEAD PLANNER + MARKETING - US & ABROAD
Samantha started her career in bridal, linen design and rentals - giving her a hat trick in wedding experience! She’s been planning + designing for over 5 years and is a full time member of the Blake Events team planning weddings and leading our marketing, styling and editorial efforts.
Brandi
LEAD COORDINATOR
With four years of experience planning events for a professional league baseball team, Brandi is an expert at keeping a lot of balls in the air :) Now in year 3 at BE, she has a passion for logistics, & her bright personality invites clients to make bold design choices and let loose on the dance floor.
Deb
LEAD COORDINATOR
Deb is our queen of organization, with 10 years planning weddings + 20 in corporate events. When she isn't nestled up with her miniature dachshund, she’s creating seamless, joy-filled experiences for families to savor on the wedding day. Deb specializes in weddings at Hazelwood + Antrim.
Alli
LEAD COORDINATOR - HAZELWOOD
Alli joins the BE team after working for a popular wedding venue, learning the industry from all angles. Her calm demeanor creates the perfect wedding day atmosphere and her get-it-done work ethic ensures the day runs seamlessly. Alli specializes in Hazelwood weddings.
Jackie
LEAD COORDINATOR
Jackie blended her skills in logistics (as a former paralegal) with her talents in design to shine as a wedding planner. Her schedules are seamless and her creative eye for styling never fails! Her couples adore her heart-led approach to their day.
Logan
LEAD PLANNER + RENTALS
Though small in stature, Logan is a force on a wedding day! Her adaptable, kind nature paired with a keen eye for detail ensures your day feels seamless. She’s also our in-house rental pro, memorizing linen sizes so you don’t have to.
